Simone Maus

Simone’ s passion to improve the way we train and learn has been a common theme throughout her career. She has worked with this as a researcher, manager, trainer, facilitator and coach over a period of almost 20 years in the corporate, government, not-for-profit and university sector. The last 6 years, she has focused on enabling leaders and teams with facilitation skills in order to create better learning conditions at work and teams that can thrive in change.

 Simone works as a professional Facilitator and Trainer for Zenergy Global in Australia and has been involved with a range of projects that included culture development for large corporate clients such as Vodacom, South Africa; Southern Cross, New Zealand and QSRH, Australia as well as Conflict Resolution Skills Training with The Peace Foundation, New Zealand in communities, schools and migrant services. More recently she worked with facilitators from the Aboriginal Affairs Department in NSW, Australia and the Victorian Greens Party.

 Simone is passionate about cooperation, evolvement, transformation and growth for individuals, teams and businesses. In her spare time she enjoys Yoga, Meditation, playing guitar, cooking and walking. Simone lives in Melbourne, Australia.
