Ross is a creative and curious Zenergy leader. He loves working with individuals and groups to explore new perspectives and possibilities, and also spending quality time in nature – particularly with rivers and oceans – they remind him of the beauty and power of mother earth. He was born on Noongar (Wudjari) Country in South-West Western Australia and lives on Woiwurrung (Wurundjeri Willam) Country in Melbourne.  

Ross creates space for transformative knowing, being and doing. His facilitation style weaves-in natural systems knowledge to help individuals and teams create clearer alignment and stronger connections within and beyond groups. He helps groups uncover the wisdom found in the spaces between people, systems and ideas; ‘in the field beyond ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing’. 

Ross is also Creative Director of Three Seeds Agency, a strategy and engagement practice that helps individuals and groups to unlock their collective potential and co-create outcomes aligned with a sustainable and just future for all. In addition to co-delivering Zenergy’s diploma of facilitation training in-person and online, he facilitates cross-sector collaboration for more sustainable and liveable communities, and has developed Indigenous facilitation training focussed on First Peoples caring for Country decision-making.
