Facilitation Project

The Project module of the Diploma of Facilitation can be undertaken at any time after participants have completed Stage 2. See some of the topics that other facilitators have chosen below. The purpose of the project is to forward your facilitation in some way through a project. Your project needs to be of practical benefit both to yourself and to other facilitators. It may focus on the individual, pair (as in coaching), group, organization or community. The project may be something you are already planning for your own work or relate to an aspect of facilitation that you would like to explore. The project can be fun and you will have access to ongoing coaching from a Zenergy team member
