Musical Facilitation : Enhancing Collective Intelligence.
A one day introduction programme.
Date; TBC please use the form below to register your interest in this programme.
Location; Auckland, Aotearoa / New Zealand.
Making music together is one of the oldest forms of creating alignment and group synergy. This brand new one day Zenergy introduction programme has been designed for ‘Whole Person Facilitators’ to become more confident with introducing musical processes into their groups.
As Facilitators, our voices are one of our primary tools. This workshop will cover vocal projection, dynamics and tone.
You will extend your range as a facilitator by introducing sound, pitch, and rhythm into your processes.
This exploration will open the group to abilities and ways to ‘play’ that they may not have experienced since childhood.
Musical Facilitation is open to both new and experienced Facilitators.
Processes will be shared that can be incorporated alongside other facilitation work.
Lead by Zenergy programme leader Kāren Hunter.
Kāren adds an integrated aural dimension to Zenergy programmes and frequently offers her work in the form of a ‘guest spot’ on the 5 day programmes. She utilises sound in her contribution, for example with powerful listening, powerful speaking and team building. Karen has assisted on many Master Classes where an integration of left and right brain activities is especially useful.
Kāren is a musician and music teacher. There is a short video below of one of her ‘Creativity and Music’ workshop offerings,

Past participants answer “What worked?”
Group dynamics – getting everyone relaxed and working together. Freedom of expression. Awesome experience, thanks for making space for everyone to learn/achieve and experience whatever it was they needed. Annette
The way the day was structured ; warming up with art/exercise then moving into writing the music. Brilliant supportive environment. It could have been 2 or 3 days, LOL it went too fast! Fantastic tutor, Karen really knows how to bring our someones talent. I want to do another course. Louise
A really lovely mix of activities. Kāren helped us all to relax and build really naturally & effortlessly into writing and performing a song. I had beliefs around not being able to write lyrics and was surprised when given the opportunity that I could. Nicely paced, lots of fun. A very well facilitated workshop. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and having never written a song before loved the opportunity to collaborate. Loved having the chance to sing. Denise.
